There’s a new wedding planner in Padua!
If you’re following me on instagram (you do, right?) you probably already know it form the photos of the last season weddings that brought me out of Lombardy, but it’s now time to make it official: there’s a new Whtie Cat Wedding headquarter in Padua!
I’m thrilled by this news that will allow me to better follow the couples from Veneto‘s region. Padua, Venice, Verona, Treviso and many more cities offer incredible landscapes for local weddings and destination weddings
From typical Venetian villas, to castles, farms and wineries, to courts and barchesse. A great variety that can really satisfy the tastes of all spouses.
The ones that I propose in this article are the two most beautiful one where I had the pleasure of working in 2018.
Wedding at Villa Beatrice d’Este
It was June when Laura and Giancarlo got married in this beautiful setting.
Villa Beatrice d’Este rises on Mount Gemola, in the middle of the Euganean hills, on the ruins of an ancient Benedictine monastery. From the villa it is possible to enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and on the plain, up to the nearby Colli Berici and to the farthest Prealps.
Structured with several internal rooms around an impressive hall, the Villa offers the best of itself in the two terraces, where, thanks to a super favorable weather, have been held aperitif and dinner.
Wedding at Castello Cini Monselice
The planning of Fabio and Ying’s wedding began about a year in advance on the chosen date. An Italian guy and a Chinese girl, transplanted to London but with the dream of returning to Italy for their destination wedding. The search was driven by the Venetian origins of the groom and, after several options, the final choice fell on this wonderful location.
I have to admit that the first time I saw this location, I was totally speechless.
At the foot of the Colle della Rocca, in Monselice, stands a majestic architectural complex called Castello Cini which groups together different types of buildings. Between the eleventh century and the sixteenth century the castle was a stately home, a defensive tower until it became a Venetian villa.
An enchanted and magical place of great historical, artistic and cultural value, enriched, on Fabio and Ying’s wedding dayt, by the famous historical re-enactment called Giostra della Rocca which amazed and intrigued all the guests.
These are just two of the many possibilities that Padua and its surroundings offer to celebrate the day of your wedding.
