The barbecue team building stimulates the ability to work as a team rediscovering the pleasure of conviviality, and cooking together.
Four courses, from appetizers to desserts, to prepare together and cook on the barbecue. In the kitchen we divide the tasks, we laugh, we experiment and we work in harmony just as in the staff of a company that must be formed by people strongly motivated to stay together, who work together to whether create a menu or business ideas.
To cook you need to use methods, resources, organization and skills, same as in the company. Participants will also learn the basics for preparing new dishes with the barbecue.
