As promised I’m back here to give an answer to the questions you ask me the most, and to the doubts that you often expose during our meetings.

The first part of the Frequently Asked Questions in which I’ll explain how I work and how much a wedding planner costs is already available!

We are a very organized couple and we want to organize the wedding ourselves. But we need a helping hand in finding the location. Is that a service that you offer?

Sure! I often meet very organized couples with clear ideas but having difficulties with their first step in the organization of their marriage, the venue scouting.

The dream of some is a wedding in a castle, some others on a beach, others in a typical Italian villa in front of a lake or in a rustic farmhouse.

I will focus on your requirements and will do research taking into account all the variables: the style, the dates available, your budget, the capacity, the offered services, and extras. Everything to avoid your disappointment during your wedding day.

We have already organized everything for our wedding, but we will need a person to coordinate all suppliers that day. Can you do it?

Absolutely yes! I will be your orchestra conductor! The service is called Wedding Coordinator and is designed just for those couples who want to be certain that the day of their marriage will go as planned.
On your big day, you’ll just have to enjoy the joyful event, the affection of friends and family, and the love of your half.

    How does the wedding coordinator service work?

    A month before the wedding I will get in touch with you to ask how your day will be organized, as well as the contacts of all providers. Then I will contact the vendors to introduce myself so that I can be the single point of contact for them during the day and no one will even think about disturbing the couple.
    I will make a timeline of the day to monitor the situation and be sure that everything goes as it should, and I will be present at the location before the arrival of the guests and until they all leave.

    Hooray, we get married! Now, where to begin from? Can you help us start planning and setting up a budget?

    The word budget is perhaps the most dreaded word in the wedding organization, but it is also the part that needs to be kept under control. We can arrange a meeting during which I will help to set an initial maximum budget based on what you would like and the number of expected guests.

    Do you need help in the definition a style that represents you? We set an appointment and talk about what represents you the most starting from your history, who you are, and how you want that day to be. And with the help of mood boards, and virtual “bulletin boards” to save pictures of what you like and what you desire, we will try to create the basis for a project that speaks of you.

    We have so many wonderful relatives and friends to invite… but a tight budget… and now how do we know who to invite?

    Well, ok, this is the only thing I CANNOT help you with. There aren’t many things that I can’t do for you but this is one of those: I can not draw for you (or with you…) the guest list but I can help you to figure out how to set it so that you have all the guests information under control (who’s coming, who’s not if they need room to stay if they have allergies, intolerances, how many children there are, how many wedding invitations to print, etc…); I can not match people to the various tables… I know, this is the hardest part but here the bride and groom are irreplaceable… but for sure I can give you my moral support!
    And above all, I can not replace you in confirming suppliers and collaborators: that’s why from time to time I will call you to get things sorted and meet deadlines.
