I love them! They are completely customizable and your guests will love them, they are useful, but fun. What are they? The welcome and hangover kits, that are kits that your guests will find at the hotel on arrival, or they will get once they arrive to the location on your wedding day.

How to make them and what to include

The great thing about these kits is that they are totally customizable: you just need creativity and you’re done. First of all you have to choose a bag: a fabric tote bag, a paper bag printed with your wedding logo, or customized cotton bags, baskets or wooden boxes. The important thing is that they must follow the design of your wedding, as well as your style: rustic, elegant, vintage, etc.

Deciding what to put in them is rather difficult … because you can really insert everything! Drinks for guests’ arrival at the hotel, snacks (very nice the idea of including the groom’s favorite snack and the one preferred by the bride), typical food, candies, a small bottle of sparkling wine to anticipate the cheers, gadgets, a locality’s custom map with directions to interest’s places, and a “Do not disturb” sign to hang on the handle of the door for the morning next to your party. All these gifts will be personalized with the design of your wedding.

If you want to give the welcome kit to the guests on the arrival at the wedding, you can put in a little snacks (for hunger pangs during the ceremony or at the end of the party), a drink, accessories and gadgets to be used during the wedding, and a very cute and useful hangover kit.

hangover kit

You know that some guests may will wake up the day after the wedding with a slight headache. Diffused tiredness, feet sore because of dancing all night long, stomach ache for the great sweets’ blowout…

You can put the hangover kit in the welcome one, as I suggested earlier, or give it at the end of the night, before the guests go home.

What can we include? A pain-reliever for headache, some band-aid (for those who have danced all night long on high shoes), peppermints, a bottle of water or orange juice (full of vitamin C …), a packet of digestive soda, and a note to thank them to have party with you all night long!
