  • A meeting approximately one month before your wedding to review your plans, priorities and all the details already arranged. I’ll collect the necessary information, identify any outstanding tasks and make sure nothing important is overlooked

VENUE INSPECTION

  • I’ll visit the ceremony and reception venues to familiarise myself with the spaces, understand the logistics and check the arrangements needed for your wedding day

WEDDING TIMELINE & REPORT

  • I’ll create a detailed wedding day timeline, coordinating timings, activities and vendors’ arrivals. Everyone involved will receive the information they need to work together efficiently and keep the day running smoothly

VENDORS’ COORDINATION

  • I’ll be the main point of contact for your wedding vendors during the coordination process and on the wedding day. From the florist and caterer to the photographer, musicians and other professionals, I’ll help ensure that everyone follows the agreed plans and timings

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

  • On the day itself, my team and I will oversee the setup, coordinate vendors and manage the schedule from the first preparations through the key moments of your celebration.

    We’ll also take care of selected finishing touches, such as arranging the seating plan, preparing the wedding favour table and placing menus and name cards, according to the agreed scope of service
